Washington, D.C. (August 2014) The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) recognizes Astra Bank of Abilene, KS for reaching an important milestone as an ICBA member. This year marks the community bank’s 55th year as a member of ICBA, the only national trade association dedicated exclusively to serving the needs of the nation’s nearly 6,500 community banks.
