Can I access my account information over the telephone?

Yes. To access your account information through Telephone Banking, simply call (800) 536-2268. You will need your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

How do I pay my bills online?

How do I sign-up for Internet Banking for the first time?

If you are an existing Astra Bank customer, you can use the following links to enroll.

What do I do if I lose my checks or ATM/Debit card?

If your checks or ATM/Debit card are lost or stolen, please call (785) 527-2268 immediately or contact any Astra Bank location. Please call 833-699-0106 during non-banking hours.

What if I forgot my password for Internet Banking?

If you do not remember your password for online banking, please click the "Forgot Password" option at the login screen and follow the directions to reset it. If you forgot your User Name, please contact us.

What is the fee for Internet Banking?

None. Internet Banking is FREE for all Astra Bank customers. Simply go to the Internet Banking button at the top of the page, click Enroll, and follow the instructions or call or stop by your local Astra Bank location and we will be happy to assist you.
