With the holidays right around the corner, the staff at the Belleville branch for Astra Bank decided to have some fun and ran an “ugly sweater” contest for their office. Starting on Wednesday the 21st, Astra Bank-ers broke out their finest holiday attire and our customers were invited to cast their votes until Friday the 23rd.
In addition to being part of the selection process, when customers voted they were also entered into a chance to win a Coleman travel cooler. So not only did they get a chance to help recognize the King (or Queen, as it were) of the ugly sweaters, but they were getting a chance at an early Christmas present themselves!
After the votes were in we had a winner. Congratulations to Diana Webb for taking home the prize of ugliest sweater. Runner up was DeLisa Osborn with third place going to Waylon Sheetz.
We also want to congratulate our customer, Ursula Bachefor, for being selected as the lucky winner of the Coleman travel cooler. Maybe she will pack up some of her holiday goodies and take them “over the river and through the woods” for holiday dinner?
