Astra Bank is excited to kick off a new recurring series called Astra VMP, which stands for Video Marketing Presentations. With the growing popularity of video on sites like YouTube, Facebook and others, we figured it would be a great idea to hop on the “video bandwagon” and use it for sharing many of the great things going on here at the bank.

Starting off with quarterly updates (and maybe even more frequently over time), we’ll be creating a new video that will be posted to our website, promoted on Facebook, and also run on some of our community local TV stations. We’ll highlight different banking and financial management topics, such as investments, loans, budgeting tips, ways to combat fraud, electronic banking strategies, etc. They’ll all focus on education and learning, not “selling” Astra Bank products and services.

In addition to financial and banking topics, we’ll also occasionally feature a local loan officer or Astra banker from some of our market areas as a way to help you get to know the banking team here at Astra a little better. We think, and we hope you agree, that one of the biggest reasons for our banking success is due in large part to our great staff (and we want you to get to know them better).
