We are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our Online Banking system on March 25, 2019! This new system will offer enhanced functionality and a sleek, new design!

You will need to follow the directions below once the upgrade is complete, so please read carefully.

When is the Upgrade Taking Place?

Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be in view only mode from 8:00 pm on Friday, March 22, 2019 until 9:00 am on Monday, March 25, 2019 while our system is being upgraded.  During this time you will still be able to see your accounts however you will not be able to make transfers, pay bills, etc.

What Do You Need To Do?

Once the upgrade is complete, please follow the steps below to access your account online:

  • Log into your online banking account either through our website (www.astra.bank) or through our Mobile app.
  • Enter your username.
  • You will need to enter a temporary password in order to continue. Please contact your local Astra Bank location to find out what this password is.
  • Click Continue
  • You will be asked to accept our Online Banking Terms & Conditions
  • You will be prompted to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight characters in length and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.  You may use your existing password which you had on our previous Online Banking system or create a new one.
  • Click Continue
  • You will be prompted to create three security questions
  • If any of your accounts are not enrolled in e-statements, you will be asked if you would like to sign up.
  • You will also be prompted to enroll in Mobile Banking. All existing mobile users will not need to re-enroll in Mobile Banking.

Bill Pay and Transfers

All of your Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments will be transferred over to the new system.  All scheduled and recurring transfers will be converted to the new system.

Intuit

Intuit product users will need to follow the steps provided in the following documents. Please choose the document which coincides with the product you are currently using.
